Located in the heart of the East Tremont neighborhood, the upcoming Zeta Charter School is a six-story, 65,000 +/- square foot educational facility. Construction for this state-of-the-art school is currently under way and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2026.

The Zeta Charter School is designed to serve the educational needs of the community, offering modern classrooms, a full gymnasium, and a 3,700 square foot outdoor playground. This facility is set to become a cornerstone of the neighborhood, providing a supportive environment for students to thrive academically and personally.

The project is being financed using tax-exempt bonds via the BuildNYC program.
